Sedgwick's success in this movie was the reason she got roles in other films, such as 'Heart and Souls, "Phenomenon," etc. Sedgwick met Kevin Bacon in a TV show called Lemon Sky. She married Kevin Bacon at 22. Sedgwick made a mark on American television industry through her effortless acting in 'The Closer', a series that was on for seven seasons and earned her numerous high-profile awards such as the Golden Globe and Emmy.
